In our Mini-Seminary teaching project, we charge no tuition and offer no degrees. We use the term “seminary” not to be pretentious, nor to in any way to make light of real seminary courses and those who have done the hard work to complete them. We’re calling our project “Mini-Seminary” only to highlight the fact that our presentations will address serious topics, relating to the Bible and Christianity, that cannot normally be covered in our weekly church services and small-groups programs. Our hope is that the “Mini-Seminary” project will create opportunities for participants to go deeper in their understanding of vital biblical truths and of the practicalities of following Jesus. Our heart’s desire is to aid one another in our growth as Christian leaders, and to better equip one another to serve God’s people in this strategic hour of human history.
